The free trial lasts up to 4 weeks, depending on usage. On iPhone, \u003Cstrong>Restore purchases\u003C/strong> under \u003Cstrong>Settings > Subscription\u003C/strong> brings back an earlier App Store purchase.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"partner-codes\">Partner Codes\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>A partner code from a club or coach can give you a partner price on the coach subscription. Enter the code under \u003Cstrong>Settings > Subscription > Partner code\u003C/strong> and tap \u003Cstrong>Apply code\u003C/strong>, or tap \u003Cstrong>Have a partner code?\u003C/strong> on the subscribe screen. The partner price is applied at checkout; the checkout page itself has no code field.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>An account is linked to one partner code at a time. Under \u003Cstrong>Partner code linked\u003C/strong> you can \u003Cstrong>Change code\u003C/strong> or \u003Cstrong>Remove\u003C/strong> it. A running subscription keeps its price either way; a new code applies to your next subscription.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"when-a-subscription-ends\">When a Subscription Ends\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>When a subscription is cancelled or lapses, the coach conversations stop: chat in the app, coaching over WhatsApp and the messages the coach sends on its own. Everything else keeps working: your plan and its sessions, race goals, activity analysis, wearable connections, calendar sync and workouts on your watch.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Your account, history and settings stay as they are, and subscribing again brings the coach back with what it knows about your training so far.\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"managing-or-cancelling-a-subscription\">Managing or Cancelling a Subscription\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>A subscription can be cancelled at any time. Coach access continues until the end of the period already paid for.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Open \u003Cstrong>Settings > Subscription\u003C/strong> and tap \u003Cstrong>Manage subscription\u003C/strong>. Where it leads depends on who bills the subscription, not on the device you hold:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>App Store subscription\u003C/strong>: opens Apple's subscription management. You can also manage it on your iPhone or iPad under Settings > your name > Subscriptions. An App Store subscription can only be managed there.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Stripe subscription\u003C/strong> (bought on Android or on the web): opens the billing portal, where you update your payment method, view invoices or cancel.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>To move a Stripe subscription between monthly and yearly, write to support@youb.app.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>The coach cannot cancel a subscription, change a plan, or see or change payment details.
