I was lucky. I had something most athletes lack: A coach who didn't just write training plans, but who was truly there. A sparring partner who is now the sports science intelligence behind YOUB.

We exchanged ideas every day. When I was tired, it wasn't "push through," but "rest." When I had doubts, this expertise gave me security. I never had to decide alone whether a twitch in my leg was serious or whether interval training still made sense despite stress at work. We decided together.

This feeling – the absolute security that someone is thinking along and looking out for me – increased my performance more than any rigid training plan before.

But I realized: A human being cannot divide themselves. Only a few athletes have the privilege or the budget for such close 1:1 support. I wanted to change that.

I founded YOUB to make this individual support accessible to everyone. We have translated this logic, empathy, and sound knowledge into an AI. So that you have exactly this daily consultation and this security – 24/7, right in your pocket.
